Description

• Serve as Master Calendar Optimizer. Support the CEO and other executives in managing their time and schedule by communicating and prioritizing relentlessly. • Ensure the CEO is focused on the highest priorities, including time for strategy, thinking, and connecting with team members. • Act as the first line of contact, provide assistance to key customers, partners, and investors. • Ensure the CEO is informed of and prepared for upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately. • Initiate and respond to correspondence as authorized by the CEO. • Support all facets of the CEO’s complex and detailed global travel, including but not limited to owning logistics, itineraries, meeting agendas, and coordination. Support CFO travel as needed with logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting upon return. • Assist in, drive, or manage event planning as needed. • Promote a positive corporate image by professionally representing the CEO responsively and positively, internally and externally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; experience supporting VP-level leadership preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft and G Suite; ability to pick up new tools, evaluate them, weigh the pros/cons, and optimize one’s work style. • Experience working in high-growth environments; startup experience preferred. • Fluency in Korean is a plus.
