• As Head of Business Operations & Strategy you will be in charge of scaling our field operations organization, taking it from supporting a hundred robots today to thousands of robots. • You will own and reinforce the pillars of our operating organization’s customer-centric culture that makes Serve Robotics an employer and partner of choice. • Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in determining our growth strategy and efficient execution across multiple markets in the US and internationally.
• 10+ years experience leading and scaling distributed customer service or live operations organizations efficiently. • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and the ability to successfully create organizational alignment to achieve aggressive goals through the right combination of culture and incentive structure. • Data-driven and quantitative mindset. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Track record of maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive team, Board, regulators and strategic partners.
