Description

• Sia Partners is looking for an experienced integration project manager with financial services knowledge and experience to help successfully manage the diligence and/or integration of acquired entities of our client. • Reporting to the Integration Program Manager and working with the Business Sponsor, Integration team, and a team of dedicated functional experts. • Successful candidates are skilled project managers with broad functional knowledge. • Consulting Skills include determining, measuring, assessing all RISK across workstreams, leading the cross-functional team, and creating detailed integration project plans. • Business Expertise Skills include maintaining confidentiality and discretion, having business acumen and experience with M&A diligence and integration.

Requirements

• Has at least 7 years' applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant work experience • PMI or PMP certification or equivalent preferred • Advanced MS Office skills: Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint • Familiarity with M&A tools including Virtual Data Rooms is a plus • Has the ability to work multi-task and manage tight deadlines
