Description
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. • Effective communication is essential for conveying ideas, thoughts, problems and solutions. • Staff accountants juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Being adaptable to changes in project scope, timelines, or client priorities. • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to identify ways to improve processes and make them more efficient.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Experience with Sage, NetSuite, QBO, Bill, Expensify, or in-house accounting software for AP/AR a plus • Ability to learn and adapt to various accounting software quickly is essential
