Description
• Develop and implement data analytics best practices, tools, and techniques to improve decision-making processes across the organization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide insights to support decision-making • Lead a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality data analyses and insights to drive business growth • Develop and maintain a suite of metrics and dashboards to track business performance and identify areas for improvement • Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through data analysis • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the executive team, including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business strategy • Lead a small team of data analysts – mentor, develop and guide their work
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field • 10+ years of experience in business analytics, financial planning, and strategy and analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data analysis • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of analysts • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to senior leadership • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience required • Experience in the learning industry is a plus
