Description

• Assist Production Accountants of various film productions • Manage show Smart Accounting System • Manage cost uploads and vendor payments • Process efile paperwork accurately and timely • Assist with Payroll Manager • Manage crew transfers with HR • Assist in onboarding crew members • Accounts Payable • Reconcile monthly credit card statements • Maintain journal entries • Comply with procedures for Invoices, Checks, and Timecard approvals • Identify job efficiencies • Process billbacks • Work within Intacct to book entries and reconciliation • Communicate with various departments • Collaborate on ad hoc assignments • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data

Requirements

• Knowledge of Animation process/Animation industry experience • Working knowledge of union pay requirements (e.g., Local 839, Local 700, SAG) • Proficiency in Excel and Smart Accounting is a MUST • Five years Payroll accounting experience, especially working with Entertainment Partners • Comfortable working in Excel and EP Smart Accounting
