• Directing own projects including selling, estimating, scheduling, managing • Leading a team of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators • Establishing and maintaining client, subcontractor, and industry relationships • Managing all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, reporting, and AR collections
• 5+ years of construction experience • Experience managing medium to large, complex, or multiple projects • Graduation from an accredited four-year college, major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture • LEED accreditation preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, PlanGrid, BlueBeam • Strong project estimating and scheduling skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills
