Requirements

• Active solicitation of requirements • Curate team roadmap • Foster healthy working relationships in distributed teams • Balance business needs, internal requests, and team needs • Track progress and maintain a clear perspective on deadlines and roadmaps • Communication with stakeholders on roadmap highlights, status, and risks • Vendor management of tools used for production as the technical owner • Strong organization skills • Automation first, find creative solutions to complex problems • Coach, mentor, and develop team members personally and professionally • Grow your team by recruiting and retaining strong technical and inclusive contributors • Continuously improve team practices and procedures • Encourage and develop an inclusive culture and diverse team • Continuous learning in automation, continuous integration, and reliable deployment
