Description
• Lead Fraud Operations product area to combat fraud in the rental industry • Collaborate with data science on algorithms to increase efficiency and automation of fraud solutions • Develop a 12-month strategy that solidifies Snappt in rental market as a fraud prevention leader • Partner closely with fraud analyst team to support their goals • Own outcomes: Ensure product features drive business metrics forward • Work closely with engineering to test ideas and launch to customers • Analyze fraud ops metrics and identify challenging types of fraud
Requirements
• At least 4 years of product management experience where you shipped successful products with business impact • Experience working on other fraud related products that includes tooling for internal teams and/or AI/ML based automation • Track record of delivering products with an intuitive user experience • Know how to fit products into user workflows and can identify good design from bad • Knowledge of product inside and out: how it works, who it’s for, the value it provides • Ability to make data driven decisions • Set impactful goals, know your metrics, and track and obsess over them • Expert on customers’ needs, know how to perform good research, and synthesize insights to fuel decision making • Problem-solving ability: take ambiguous problems, break them down, and create logical solutions • Strong project management skills, drive efficient, transparent, and aligned product development • Able to navigate complex workstreams and stakeholders or anticipate roadblocks • Understand technology intricacies, navigate complexity without needing to code • Identify when automation is possible and have experience working with Data Science to build algorithms • Detail-oriented and diligent in addressing edge cases • Resourceful, apply strategic thinking, test ideas efficiently, and maximize outcomes with minimal resources • Strategic and visionary, inspire engineers and stakeholders, craft strategies for tangible results • Understand P&L models and work well with Finance
