Description

• Lead and support multidisciplinary project teams in developing and executing novel test projects • Set standards for exceptional Test project output at SOE • Mentor and guide the Integration & Test team • Support Business Development efforts • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to grow and mature SOE’s Integration & Test capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field • 5+ years of experience in developing and building custom test systems • 2+ years of experience mentoring or leading engineers • Depth in at least one core engineering discipline • Knowledge of verification & validation methodologies • Strong ability to communicate technical information • Experience with data acquisition systems and control systems • Experience with MCAD and ECAD tools • Basic knowledge of physics related to electricity, magnetism, and electronic circuits • 6+ years of experience using test instrumentation and control components • Familiarity with qualification testing for aerospace or automotive products • Experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of electronics • Experience with automating test systems and test equipment • Proficiency with datalogging and data processing software • Experience with hands-on assembly of basic electromechanical systems • Experience with Python, C++, object-oriented programming
