Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indirect Sourcing and Procurement team • Drive strategic initiatives to secure the highest quality services and products at competitive costs • Lead a team of sourcing and procurement professionals • Manage global sourcing and procurement tools and processes

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate vertically and cross-functionally • Proven negotiation and communication abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Collaborative working style • Successful track record of operational responsibility in areas of Sourcing and Procurement management • Strong understanding of general Sourcing and Procurement principles, contract management, risk management, and cost analysis, and new technologies • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant management work experience preferred • 10+ years’ experience of technology-related experience • Understanding of and experience with collaboration technologies • Four year degree from an accredited university is preferred
