• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to build an effective upper-funnel pipeline. • Track and attribute performance to optimize lead generation efforts. • Audience & CRM Management: Maintain an updated lead pool by understanding audience personas, sourcing contact information, and managing CRM system effectively. • Content Development: Create and maintain a diverse content library to support marketing campaigns and the sales process. • Event Management: Organize and support events while engaging with our district and school partners. • Brand Storytelling: Evolve and communicate Sown To Grow’s brand story through various channels. • Strategic Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and take ownership of key execution tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related area of study • 3+ years of prior experiences on a marketing or growth-contributing team • Understanding and eagerness to deepen knowledge of marketing channels across Digital, Traditional, and Innovative forms. • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms. • Strong ability to translate concepts into polished, engaging written, visual, or video content. • Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Desire to make meaningful contributions, with a growth-focused mindset that aligns with team and organizational goals. • Experience or knowledge of the K-12 education system through work, study, or volunteer activities.
