Description
• Create electrical prototypes and own them from concept, design, manufacturing, and testing. • Create schematics and layouts for these electrical designs in Altium. • Interface with cross-functional teams such as mechanical engineering, software engineering, firmware engineering, and products to define requirements. • Read datasheets and analyze electrical component specifications for part selection. • Build prototype components and assemblies and perform tests related to compliance, environmental, and reliability with appropriate documentation for the same.
Requirements
• Working towards a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field • Experienced analog and digital circuit design • Hands-on experience with mixed signal circuit design, including test and simulations • PCBA design in Altium, KiCAD or other eCAD software • Experience with high-level coding languages such as Python for scripting or data analysis • Hands-on approach, whether it be building a prototype or performing testing • Excited about digging into complex problems and seeing them through to solutions • Passionate about renewable energy and energy storage!
