• SPAN is looking for a product manager focused on customer insights and data science • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and marketing • Work on challenges that can impact climate change through data analysis • Leverage data from various sources to inform product features and requirements • Present recommendations and receive constructive feedback
• Is working towards an MBA or an MS in science, engineering, or a related field • Wants to use existing data analysis skills to inform high-impact product decisions • Possesses advanced Python skills, as well as familiarity with pandas and scikit-learn • Has knowledge and experience working within cloud computing and data environments such as AWS and Snowflake • Is adept working with SQL and data visualization tools • Communicates effectively and can distill insights into concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences • Is excited to learn and grow in a cooperative team environment, working on robust solutions to complex problems • Experience with customer research and writing product requirements • Knowledge about electricity tariffs and markets • Knowledge about residential electrification policy and technologies • Exposure to customer engagement platforms (e.g. Customer.io) • Experience with home automation and web technologies like Home Assistant and MQTT
