• We’re seeking a Head of Operations to partner with our CEO and leadership team to efficiently scale the organization, and manage our Finance, People, and Recruiting teams. • Reporting directly to our CEO, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting our ambitious goal of becoming the #1 product experience insights platform. • Your leadership will be essential in business planning, forecasting, go-to-market strategies, and scaling the organization thoughtfully. • This role is based in our San Francisco office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations or finance, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS company. • 2-4 years of experience as a people manager. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow, preferably with experience in a growth-stage startup (Series B to Series F). • Ability to align teams on identified metrics. • Strong work ethic and competitive mindset - You’ll work hard and motivate your team to do the same, bringing out their full potential. • Adaptability - You understand that change is constant and you embrace it, you move quickly, and you encourage continued improvement.
