Description
• Upgrade is a leading innovator in the financial technology sector, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower consumers and businesses alike. • The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in our organization, serving as the nexus between our Commercial business and key departments, including Legal, Compliance, Product, HR, Finance, and Treasury. • In this high-impact role, you will manage and streamline our core processes, oversee Revenue Operations, manage sales tools, and oversee our marketing efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role within a fintech or technology-driven company. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and processes, with a strong understanding of Legal, Compliance, and Product operations. • Extensive experience with Revenue Operations and managing tech stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot. • Strong knowledge of API integrations and experience managing third-party partners. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across an organization. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on results.
