Description

• Customer Success Operations Analyst supports opportunity hygiene, data analysis, and reporting. • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and process enhancements. • Focus on data integrity, system hygiene, and performance in Customer Success tools. • Create and deliver reports and dashboards on Customer Success performance. • Support standardization of business reporting and assist in driving data hygiene. • Own opportunity booking process in SFDC for Upsells and Renewal. • Provide training and support for Gainsight and Salesforce users. • Identify improvements and manage projects related to customer success strategy. • Standardize documentation of processes and continuously monitor system performance.

Requirements

• 1 years of progressive experience with systems such as SFDC CRM, Gainsight, Zendesk, and/or Looker. • Comfortable doing data and statistical analysis using advanced features of G-Sheets/MSFT Excel. • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or similar field preferred. • Minimum 1 years experience in business, sales or customer success operations. • Strong understanding of customer success principles and metrics. • Ability to build reporting models in Excel or Google Sheets. • Understanding of customer success processes, forecasting, and pipeline management for renewals and upsells. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. • Comfortable engaging with C-Suite and Executive level leadership. • Comfortable rolling out and documenting processes using available systems and tools.
