• We are a remote first company looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to establish our product marketing function. • We need to accelerate our growth by clearly explaining how Squint leverages expert knowledge to boost operator performance and analyze production insights, enabling manufacturing leaders to minimize downtime and enhance quality on a user-friendly platform. • As an early member of the marketing team, you will shape the content, messaging, positioning, and playbook for how we market to our customer base.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience with 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS • Early stage startup experience • Experience launching B2B product assets for a complex product • Eager to move fast & drive impact • Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships • Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise • Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM • Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details
