Description

• Managing all client requests efficiently • Overseeing schedules, glam/grooming needs, and staffing support • Writing pitches, press releases, and media materials • Maintaining knowledge of entertainment and culture trends • Brainstorming and executing creative pitch angles and press ideas • Leading entertainment campaigns across various aspects of clients’ careers • Managing complex client issues and providing thoughtful counsel • Partnering with senior leaders on integrated accounts • Joining new business meetings and creating proposals • Training and mentoring junior staff • Ensuring client requests are taken care of efficiently

Requirements

• 5-6 years working at a PR firm in the entertainment industry or related field • At least 3 years specifically working with talent • Strong ability to network and maintain relationships • Demonstrated success securing top-tier press placements • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude • Follow-through and attention to detail • Able to work within an integrated agency model • Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit • Willingness to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary
