• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and company goals • Manage social media content calendar across all social channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter • Work closely with the communication team to understand and prioritize campaigns, product updates, and other key initiatives for social media promotion • Work closely with the communication team to co-create engaging content across of our channels • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and reach • Stay up-to-date with Web3 and blockchain industry trends, incorporating them into our social media narrative • Engage with our community on Twitter and Discord • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels • Identify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership and industry engagement
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the blockchain sector • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities, especially on LinkedIn and Twitter • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem • Build and nurture relationships within the Web3 community and with key stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging social media content • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
