Description
• Oversee technical accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations • Manage financial reporting and prepare accurate financial statements • Develop and deliver internal reports to senior leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accounting guidance • Act as a primary contact for external audits • Partner with accounting operations to implement new standards • Serve as a key leader within the controllership team
Requirements
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience in the technology industry • CPA or equivalent certification • Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations • Expertise in stock-based compensation, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and business combinations • Proven track record in financial reporting • Background in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls • Proficient in ERP and financial reporting systems
