• Coordinate sales volume by supporting established sales territories, quotas, and goals • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and production requirements • Direct & coach sales team to achieve goals within region • Weekly participation and active role in Leadership and Team meetings • Weekly joint sales calls with sales associates • Sales forecasting for assigned regions and territories and establish target accounts • Coach sales associates to overcome obstacles and problem solve • Training sales associates and increasing product knowledge • Leadership, Recognition, and Rewarding of sales associates • Leads and directs the work of others including hiring, onboarding and performance management • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, marketing or 2-year technical degree is preferred; OR combination of related education, training, and experience • 5+ years of outside sales experience; with preference given to sales experience within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components • 2+ years of experience in a sales management / supervisory role is preferred • Fluid Power Certification is preferred, but not required • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs • Position stands 95 to 100% of the workday • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships • Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Computer proficiency is required • Must have a valid driver's license • Overnight travel may be required
