Requirements
• 12+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years of experience leading distributed engineering teams. • Leader of leaders: Develops, hires, and retains high-performing leadership teams. • Start-to-Finish Ownership: Acts with 100% responsibility for their outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. • Bias for action: Speed matters. Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress and growth. • Async Communicator: Communicates effectively across various mediums (especially Slack, notion, and email). • Cares deeply, challenges directly: Discusses and debates ideas openly. • Delivers remarkable quality at scale: Leads organizations to deliver remarkable quality experiences to millions of customers. • Change Agent: Evolves organizational structure, processes, and culture from 50 to 100+; experience with globally distributed engineering teams. • Technology Strategist: Oversees complex technical deployments in mission-critical environments.
