•Work in close collaboration with account leads and digital team members to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and work •Drive and oversee campaign development and execution, including paid media, community management, analytics, strategy, creative and influencer marketing •Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships •Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships •Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programs •Cultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among team •Experience leading and project managing paid social, influencer and social campaigns across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok •Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency •Serve as an ambassador of Golin’s capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities •Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts •Serve as culture builder and mentor, driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members’ careers •Manage financials, including budgets and billing, projections and staffing •Manage several team members and play a key role in the Digital leadership team supporting team growth, morale and thought leadership efforts
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5 – 7 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns •Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities •Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams •Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills •Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives •Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner •Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation •A solutions-oriented mindset •A self-starter mentality – you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next
