Description
• Plan, implement, and direct all aspects of the sales pipeline to grow opportunities and meet sales quotas • Conduct consultative sales demos with prospects, highlighting service capabilities and alignment with customer needs • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients • Provide appropriate solutions by recommending products or services that best meet customer objectives • Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for client consideration • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate successful customer onboarding, timely follow-ups, and account expansion opportunities • Achieve high close rate % based on company’s KPI’s • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM software
Requirements
• Solid track record with at least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing services and website design & development • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as paid advertising, email and SMS marketing, and website design and development • Successfully closed a minimum of $250,000 in new business • Experience leading demos with prospects over Zoom • Experience selling, following up, and negotiating over the phone • Coachable mindset, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement in sales techniques and strategies
