Description
• Sales manager role reporting to Director of Sales • Manage a team of Account Executives • Provide leadership, development, and ensure team meets goals • Partner with GTM leadership to build net new revenue strategies
Requirements
• 3-5+ years experience leading mid-market and enterprise sales teams in B2B SaaS space • At least 3 years in an Account Executive role • Firm grasp on SaaS sales best practices • Track record of leading high-performing teams • Deep understanding of motivating teams and individuals • Success in hitting quota in previous roles • Ability to communicate across various channels
