• The Executive Assistant (EA) will support the Executive Business Partner to the CEO. • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare accurate documents. • Draft and edit correspondence and meeting materials. • Track key deliverables and maintain records. • Organize domestic and international travel and manage logistics. • Submit and track expense reports with accuracy. • Prepare agendas, manage logistics, and document meeting outcomes. • Oversee vendor relationships and assist with personal tasks.
• 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional documentation skills, maintaining clear and organized records. • Strong writing skills for high-quality correspondence and reports. • Service-first attitude with a proactive, customer-focused approach. • Tech-savvy, proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Todoist, Asana, and expense software. • Flexible availability for tasks outside of regular hours, including weekends and holidays. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal teams and vendors.
