Description

• As identifeye HEALTH’s Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our company culture, fostering high performing teams, and optimizing our people operations to support business objectives. We’re looking for a dynamic and people-first leader, who brings a passion for adding value, leading through change and empowering teams to be their best selves and do their best work. • You’ll execute all Human Resources (HR) functions and operations, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions that elevate performance, engagement, and employee wellbeing. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and compassionate leader, with an innate ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be to: - Develop and execute best-in-class HR strategies aligned with identifeye’s objectives and culture, proactively identifying solutions to address gaps and implementing action plans to influence change and drive improvements - Lead and deliver initiatives centered around enhancing the overall employee experience, driving engagement and building high performing teams - Build strong relationships with identifeye teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and overall strategy. Serve as a strategic business partner, providing coaching and mentorship to effectively solve problems, mitigate risks, and drive successful business outcomes. - Champion our company culture and values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of life at identifeye. Shape and steward our culture and employee experiences that will attract, inspire, and retain top talent. - Lead and mentor the People Operations team, fostering a values-centered lens on employee support, initiatives, and business partnership - Lead and manage organizational goal setting, performance management/reviews and total rewards programs - Manage employee benefits, including the annual enrollment process, liaising with benefit plan vendors, and addressing employee questions and issues - Develop and implement training and professional development programs to support employee growth, career advancement, and support organizational goals - Serve as a trusted advisor on all facets of the employee experience; leading through change, navigating complex challenges and creating win-win scenarios for our team - Support the People Operations team with the end-to-end recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience - Work closely with Payroll/Accounting PEO to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HRIS data and employee records - Oversee the People Operations budget, including regular tracking, forecasting, and managing vendor relationships - Stay current on employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring all practices adhere to legal standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline • 10+ years progressive experience in HR/People Operations functions • 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing HR/People Operations functions and teams, cultivating a people-centric culture and value-driven mindset • Proven track record of providing strategic direction and leadership in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies that drive growth, innovation, and sustained success. • High emotional intelligence, disarming personality, strong sense of empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels • Strong focus on developing and empowering leaders at all levels. Confidence in coaching and the proven ability to provide leadership training and mentorship. • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform HR strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement • Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices, with the ability to drive compliance and mitigate risks • Experience managing HR operations including HR systems and processes • Thrives in high ambiguity, with the ability to adapt and lead through frequent change and growth. Willingness to challenge convention and drive unique solutions. • Excellent communication and strong project management skills. • Ability to work onsite in our Redwood City, CA office. Hybrid working arrangements permitted. • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
