• Collaborate with Customer Engineering team to lead technical configuration for customer implementations • Build Solution Designs with customers, defining project requirements • Manage customer engineering tasks for on-time delivery across multiple projects • Prioritize customer requests, balancing trade-offs for optimal outcomes • Provide ongoing technical support for maximum value from solutions • Plan and manage multiple simultaneous integrations
• Solution-oriented and thrive in fast-moving environments • 4-5+ years of experience in technical implementation or product management roles at B2B SaaS companies • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (RESTful APIs, SQL, Python, LLM, client-side vs. server-side, deployment, testing methodologies) • Experience integrating with third-party platforms • Enjoy solving technical problems and managing complex projects independently • Detail-oriented, organized, capable of building processes and systems from scratch • Approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, collaborative mindset • Value integrity, honesty, customer obsession
