• Delivering world-class customer service that delights users by capably responding to inquiries and concerns over phone, chat, and email • Documenting customer information with precision and confidentiality • Building meaningful relationships and providing personalized service with customers through deep understanding of their businesses and needs • Enabling our customers to get the most from our online platform and product • Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals while complying with all regulatory requirements • Managing other related activities, such as complaints and escalations • Identifying and driving improvements to internal processes, measurement tools, and customer service culture
• Have a bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., banking, investment) • Are a relationship builder with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Have strong customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate situations • Are self-confident, optimistic, and supportive in a team environment • Are critical, analytical, and enjoy thinking two steps ahead when problem solving • Possess exceptional time management, organizational, and active listening skills
