Description

• Thesis is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to increase awareness, accelerate growth, and engagement across our portfolio companies (Mezo, tBTC, and Acre). • The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, growth-focused and an innovative professional who consistently strives for excellence. • You will lead our social media strategy for our suite of products, responsible for building, executing plans that align to our company and portfolio objectives. • You live and breathe crypto twitter and can write compelling yet expressive copy with a flair to attract and delight audiences. • You are deep into the tech and a strong advocate of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. • You are happy to work with XFN teams to promote and provide support for partner marketing, ecosystem projects, announcements, product marketing, memes, and educational efforts.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically in the Web3 space. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively • Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices. • Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding (and passion for) web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and degen/meme cultures. • Adept content creation skills, including copy writing, graphic design, animation and video editing. • Proficient user of social analytics and listening tools with the skills to match
