Description

• The Cybersecurity Director supports day-to-day operations of Cybersecurity Program and initiatives. • Manages security projects from conception through deployment and handover. • Assist with the strategic planning, guidance, and design of enterprise-wide security initiatives. • Collaborates with corporate functions for a strong Cybersecurity posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance or related discipline plus minimum 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security or Information Assurance, with at least 10+ years in security engineering or operations. 6+ years in a security leadership role. • Ideal candidate will be considered a technical expert and a proven technical leader within Cybersecurity. • Management and/or leadership focused security certifications are a plus. (e.g., CISSP, CISM, C|CISO, etc.) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate within the context of the intended audience, whether that be senior executives or highly technical engineering resources. • A deep understanding of technical security issues, the implications to The Trade Desk and the ability to communicate them to management and other business leaders to include emerging security technologies and the ability to determine their appropriate use within business applications. • Hands on technical experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and how they affect architecture designs and reviews. • Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing security systems and solutions for large-scale and complex organizations. • Experience leading a distributed Cybersecurity program that provides 24/7 operational support and excellent service delivery is a plus.
