Description

• Lead the ongoing maintenance of various Finance systems • Collaborate closely with Finance teams and outside consultants • Handle general system administrative tasks across multiple Finance Systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of system administrator experience desired • Strong understanding of system maintenance best practices • Prior experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred • Excellent skills in MS Office products • BS or BA in Business, Information Systems Management, or similar fields • Organized, focused, self-directed, and innovative • Familiarity with financial management systems is desired, including an understanding of accounting principles, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet, and profit and loss concepts • Capable of documenting system administrative activities to cover end-to-end business processes • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and effectively manage relationships both laterally and upwards • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
