Description

• Assist in managing a diverse caseload of matters, including internal investigations, employment disputes, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters • Work alongside litigation and employment counsel and collaborate with teams, including legal, people operations, business, and others • Manage the intake and preparation of responses to subpoenas and discovery requests • Resolve routine legal issues under the direction of an attorney • Develop and maintain templates for employment-related documents • Stay informed about developments in employment law, litigation trends, and relevant industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred or equivalent experience • 6+ years of litigation support experience as a Paralegal or Legal Specialist at a law firm or in-house legal department • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Experience with civil litigation and/or regulatory investigation response procedures, including e-discovery • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong knowledge of legal research methods and tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills • Experience effectively and efficiently managing numerous cases and/or projects under time-sensitive deadlines with minimal oversight in a collaborative environment
