Description
• Drafting of all petitions and letters (probate, administration, accounting) • Corresponding and following up with clients and the Court • Department calendar management • Department project management • General administrative duties including filing and scanning
Requirements
• Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal • Minimum of 3 years experience • Bachelor's degree or higher • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint • Experience with e-filing • Experience with Clio a plus
