Description
• Take primary responsibility for TTD’s crisis readiness & response frameworks • Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated crisis response framework • Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated business continuity program • Focus on readiness and preparedness through regular testing • Respond to and manage critical events • Drive continuous improvement and innovation • Leverage technology and data-driven decision making • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior-level crisis management and business continuity roles • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management and business continuity programs and initiatives • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Outstanding interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations • Proficiency in technology systems relevant to crisis management & business continuity • Must be able to travel domestic/international as needed • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in security management, business administration, or a related field a plus
