🔄 Hybrid – San Francisco
•Oversee the full spectrum of store operations for both new and existing locations. •Ensure 6-star guest experience, operational excellence, hitting store KPIs and reporting. •Create and manage store operations opening timelines. •Develop and refine guest communication strategies. •Manage essential systems for seamless integration and functionality for store operations. •Design inventory management processes. •Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards. •Manage new product launches. •Integrate cafe operations with the retail space. •Recruit, hire, and train staff for both retail and cafe operations. •Build, standardize, and effectively share SOPs for efficient store operations. •Lead retail reporting efforts.
•Proven experience in retail operations or store management. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. •Strong system management skills, with proficiency in Shopify POS, NetSuite and related tools. •Experience in inventory management and process optimization. •Experience in hiring and training retail staff. •A proactive approach to improving guest experience and store operations.
