• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing vendor relationships, office maintenance, and ensuring a safe and functional workspace. • Manage our property and space planning, including seating arrangements and workstations. • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline operations. • Create and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities. • Assist the HR team with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating orientation sessions, and managing employee documentation. • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews. • Monitor office expenses, budget and purchasing to ensure cost-effective solutions for office needs. • Manage facilities-related projects, such as office relocations or renovations. • Collaborate with our Japan branch operations team to create a global culture and operations platform.
• 5+ years of experience as an office manager at small to mid-sized companies. • 2+ years managing a small team. Very organized and able to effectively prioritize with low oversight. • Self-starter who is comfortable in small, fast-growing teams. • Able to manage and negotiate with a variety of vendors. • Someone who enjoys bringing smiles and comfort on the faces of our high-performing team of software and hardware folks.
