Description
• Provide sales leadership with actionable intelligence by managing revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and sales effectiveness metrics. • Create a robust reporting system to track GTM KPIs to facilitate strategic adjustments, performance management, and other decision making as needed. • Standardize opportunity management practices across global sales territories, evaluate the need to introduce formal sales methodology. • Ensure compensation plan and associated documentation aligns to business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of Revenue Operations managerial experience in in a global technology company focused on selling to large enterprise companies. • Demonstrated experience leading change management from startup mentality to one with well-defined process and operational excellence. • Excellent communication and analytical skills
