Description
• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax, and compliance • Supervise and manage the accounting team • Collaborate with the FP&A team for budgeting and forecasting • Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA or equivalent certification preferred • At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements • At least 3 years of experience in real estate or property management • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
