• Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with business goals. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing. • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. • Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the use of financial resources. • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets. • Serve as a liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA is often preferred. • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role. • Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
