Description
• The Vice President of Production will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all production and manufacturing activities. • This role involves setting the production strategy, managing production teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. • The VP of Production will work closely with other executives to align production efforts with company goals and drive continuous improvement.

Set and monitor production targets and performance metrics. • Operational Management: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality and productivity. • Resource Allocation: Manage production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that production output meets or exceeds quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes and address any quality issues promptly. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for production goals.
