• Outline the product’s vision statement and ensure that vision is shown in the products and has a meaningful impact on the customers and the company’s revenue. • Create and execute on strategies to define product roadmap and deliver product features on time. • Design the product's vision, formulate a plan for the product’s future, and create a product map. • Ensure team cohesion, motivate the team, and head collaboration with external teams. • Supervise and manage problems while being a people person. • Communicate the product’s vision to the company’s stakeholders and report on strategy and plans to the CEO. • Analyze data sets to create data-driven strategies to identify product trends, customer needs, and product performance. • Advocate for customers' needs and complaints in product development.
• Minimum 5 years of proven track record as a Head of Product for a B2B enterprise SaaS startup that has scaled $50M to $100M+ in ARR at least in one of the companies. • Experience with complex SaaS Product Portfolio in communication space with real time impact (dial-in voice, AI-voice). • Experience managing multiple product lines or a platform w/ multiple modules; integration experience is a must. • Previous technical/engineering background; ability to collaborate effectively with product engineering to align product and engineering objectives. • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). • Proven experience as a senior product leader in B2B enterprise SaaS company, with a track record of successful product launches. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technologies. • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
