• Partner closely with enterprise customers to deliver high-impact demonstrations around 10x personalized content creation and velocity. • Work hands-on with customers through pilots and proof of technology, as well as deliver training and provide technical guidance to ensure customers are successful. • Track progress of use cases and customer outcomes, providing a strong point-of-view and perspective. • Support a partner ecosystem including large technology partnerships such as Google, Salesforce and Microsoft as well as System Integrators and Creative Agencies. • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' and provide regular feedback to product and engineering teams to iterate on product and inform our product roadmap. • Codify best practices, develop an effective process to scale and help build out the team.
• At least 3+ years in presales, delivery, solution architecture and/or customer success roles in B2B enterprise SaaS, top consulting firms and/or within an enterprise customer. • Track record of helping to technically deliver solutions ideally around marketing use cases. • Reputation of being 'customer centric' with a deep understanding of the customers’ needs along with ability to navigate large, complex, and matrixed enterprises. • Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and works collaboratively with others. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Computer Science, or a comparable field. • In-depth understanding of SaaS products and services, with experience in B2B sales.
