• Own the end-to-end product management cycle from Concept to Market Success • Collaborate with global leadership team to define product strategy • Develop detailed roadmaps and design concepts • Work closely with Engineering teams to drive implementation • Analyze competitive landscape and define differentiated story • Track product pipeline, sales, growth trends, and obstacles • Collect and analyze customer feedback • Own Product Documentation and Demos • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams • Develop competitive pricing models • Evangelize products for sales teams, enterprise customers, analysts, and partners
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields • Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering SaaS based/web-based products • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience • Experience in Speech Analytics and/or Virtual Voice Assistant products • Excellent written & oral communication skills • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, AI • Analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving skills • Domain knowledge in Contact Centers, Conversational Assistants, Conversational AI • Ability to work in fast-paced environment • Ability to engage and influence senior executives • Over 4 years of experience managing a product management team
