• Manage operational cadence for the Product organization • Managing deliverables and milestones from partner teams end to end • Oversee end-to-end activities for product development initiatives • Act as a bridge between different teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration • Continuously assess and optimize product development processes • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to product development and project management tools
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, or related role • Strong leadership and partner skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Work across multiple time zones • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
