Description

• Direct comprehensive preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements adhering to GAAP • Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial statements, trends, and variances • Implement rigorous financial controls to ensure accuracy in reporting • Drive the financial planning process, aligning budgeting and forecasting with the company’s strategic objectives • Conduct detailed variance analysis and develop financial models to support decision-making • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including but not limited to, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role • Expert knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations • High proficiency in financial software and databases • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse environment
