Description

• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial statements • Analyze financial data to predict future trends • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes • Develop and execute sophisticated financial strategies • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes • Lead and expand a team of finance professionals • Implement new business processes and accounting policies • Drive initiatives in the finance team • Establish and maintain robust internal controls • Ensure compliance with legal requirements • Advise management on financial implications • Create a dynamic team environment • Explore and integrate technological advances and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field • CPA strongly preferred • At least 8 years of progressive financial management experience • At least 4 years in a leadership role within a high-tech or related industry • Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, budget management, and compliance • Exceptional analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably with knowledge of software common in the tech industry
