Description
• Oversee and elevate the operations of several unique tour companies • Conduct onboarding and training for tour staff in 12+ cities • Manage schedules and ensure tours are fully staffed • Handle customer inquiries and manage online reviews • Engage with our audience by responding to messages and posting updates • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local communities and marketing partners • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 4+ years of management experience, ideally in customer service • Flexible availability to work evenings for tour operations and West Coast teams • Weekend availability for customer support • Experience managing social media accounts or relevant education is a plus • Excellent time management skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • High level of attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox • A professional demeanor with a positive outlook and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
