• Provide operational support to Director of Operations • Contact customers regarding accounts receivable • General administrative and organizational support to team members • Join CEO in meetings, taking notes, and managing follow ups • Perform routine data entry and generate reports • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, virtual team events, and travel
Requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Incredibly detail oriented • Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel • Patience and positive attitude in high-pressure situations • Ability to assess own knowledge and ask questions • Initiative and adaptability • Ability to anticipate potential problems and propose solutions • Good sense of humor
